“In spite of having lost both the original trial and the appeal, the Government of Ontario has said it is going to appeal again. Further, the Ontario Government has given every indication that if they lose this next appeal (it would be their third loss) they will appeal the decision once more. In this event the trial would take place in the Supreme Court, and in Canada that’s the end of the line. That is as far as the Government of Ontario can go.”
