Last year proved to be a very busy and productive year for the Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) at the local, regional and provincial levels. From the federal election, to the hearing of the Harry Daniels v. Canada case at the Supreme Court of Canada, to passage of the Métis Nation of Ontario Secretariat Act, the Métis Nation is on the move in 2016!
In order to provide Métis citizens and Métis leadership at the local and regional levels updates on progress being made nationally and provincially, the MNO held a series of Community Information Sessions throughout February in order to provide updates on the following:
