The following video is an interview with Rachelle Brunelle-McColl who is a Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) Employment Developer based in Midland. Rachelle works with elementary, high school and post-secondary students who self-identify as Métis. In her role, she helps students explore careers, continue their education into secondary school and post-secondary, and provides information on bursaries and financial aid. Rachelle also assists adults that self-identify as Métis in areas such as, mental health, services for the elderly, regional land consultation, and more!
The entire interview is in French and was conducted by COMPASSS―a subcommitte of the Child, Youth and Family Services (CYFS) Coalition of Simcoe County (the Coalition). The Coalition is a countywide alliance of organizations providing services to children, youth and their families in Simcoe County.
