Education & Training Survey
The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) has been delivering employment and training programs and services to Métis people since 1996. In 2010, the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada’s 10 year Aboriginal Human Resources Development Strategy (AHRDS) came to an end and a new multi-year labour market strategy was put in place. The Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training Strategy (ASETS). This new Strategy identified three (3) key priority areas including a focus on demand-driven skills development, partnerships with the private and public sector, and accountability for improved results. While MNO made a seamless transition into this new strategy, these priorities have required specific focus on assessments and employment opportunities, and the demand for services continues to be high. In an ongoing effort to ensure programs and services are meeting community and client needs and addressing strategy priorities we welcome your feedback.
This survey aims to gather your feedback and recommendations on what works well and how we can address new priorities, effectively address the needs of a changing labour market and continue to make improvements for the future.
Please take the time to tell us about our services, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities for enhancement, and any other feedback you wish to provide. The survey is designed to be simple, yet comprehensive and should take less than 20 minutes to complete.
