My name is Phoebe Mandry; I am a bilingual Métis youth of 23 years born and raised in River Valley Ontario. I am currently enrolled in my second diploma of diagnostic Sonography at Collège Boréal in Sudbury. I am presently serving my community and school as an MNO Infinite Reach Facilitator at Collège Boréal.
