Recipients are required to notify the MNO of any significant changes to their enrolment status or program of study after receiving funding. Changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether the recipient remains eligible for the Law Foundation of Ontario Legal Education Bursary Program.

Examples of changes that should be reported include:

• Withdrawing from studies;
• Changing programs;
• Transferring to a program that is not eligible under the bursary program; or
• Taking a leave of absence from studies.

Failure to report changes that affect eligibility may result in repayment of funds
