The Law Foundation of Ontario Legal Education Bursary Program is intended to support Métis learners in the successful completion of their studies.

Recipients are required to notify the MNO if they withdraw from their program, take a leave of absence, or otherwise discontinue their studies after receiving funding.

Failure to complete an eligible program may impact future eligibility for MNO funding programs and may result in a review of the funding provided. The MNO reserves the right to request repayment of funds where a recipient withdraws from their studies, is found to be ineligible, or fails to notify the MNO of changes affecting their eligibility. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
