Please join us for a fun day of foraging for morels, fiddleheads and wild
leeks. Walk in the steps of our ancestor’s traditional ways of life while
enjoying some fresh air, healthy exercise and storytelling.

Our adventure will commence at the Métis Nation of Ontario office with a teaching from our knowledge holder Senator Ray Bergie on foraging our native lands. Refreshments and light snack will be provided during the teaching.

The group shall leave from the office to the designated foraging location. Senator Ray Bergie will accompany the group on the foraging excursion.
Your own transportation is required. Carpooling with each other is an option for participants.
