Teamwork training & Opportunities Analysis
- Reinforce the link between the approach to consultation (and positive outcomes it produces) and teamwork between all the committee members. Develop stronger team bonds and stress the importance of teamwork in achieving the Consultation Committee’s strategy.

- Discussion about the exercise, What worked and what didn’t? Did it get easier with teamwork? How can the exercise be relevant to teamwork among the committee during consultation.
- Give examples of successes where teamwork was key (can give MNO examples or others)
- Identify the top 3 opportunities (same as above regions)
