A Slow Restorative Yoga session will provide a refresher for the legs, chest and spine and is a great way to transition into deep relaxation. This is the application of a yoga practice using props and postures held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and soul. Slow Restorative Yoga is beneficial to balance and decompress from the stresses of life.
Every Wednesday from 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
