MNO staff will facilitate the Métis Infinity Strand Workshop during the lunch hour. The Council is also excited to have Marlene Paibomesai*, owner of Gimiwanookwe Fine Crafts, to lead a hands-on workshop for all women in attendance to walk away with a beautiful pair of fringe earrings (all materials included).

* Marlene grew up in Kemptville and is currently living in Guelph. A member of
Whitefish River First Nation, Marlene has been beading for three years and enjoys the chance to teach others. Marlene will bring beads and more to sell at the event.

• Please note that self defence is a low impact workshop. Wear comfortable
clothes and shoes.
• Snacks and lunch will be provided, please advise of any food allergies.
