The Métis Nation of Ontario Healing and Wellness Branch Presents:
A Yoga-Lates session will include exercises and poses to cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility. Suitable and safe for all ages! Sessions will be followed by a Talking Circle and light refreshments!
The sessions will be held once monthly on the following dates:
