Out of concern for the safety and wellbeing of Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) citizens, families and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Provisional Council of the Métis Nation of Ontario (PCMNO) regrets to announce the postponing of the 2020 Annual General Assembly (AGA) in Toronto.
The recently passed April 27 resolution takes into consideration the advice of public health officials who maintain that social distancing efforts are likely to remain in effect throughout the coming months and into the summer. The 2020 AGA, scheduled to take place during the third week of August in Toronto will therefore be postponed, but not cancelled. More details will be provided as it becomes available.
