The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) is excited to offer a Virtual Winter Camp for Métis Early Learners over four evenings in November and December, 2023. The Virtual Winter Camp is open to Métis early learners between the ages of 3-12 years.

Hosted by the MNO Early Learning and Child Care team, the camp participants will engage in play-based, hands-on learning, and experience some Métis traditional knowledge and way of life. The Virtual Winter Camp features guided and self-guided activities.

Registered families will attend multiple virtual sessions to meet their peers, ask questions, and engage in meaningful learning discussions.

Sessions will run for one hour from 6:00-7:00 PM (all time Eastern Standard) for all ages. Extended learning opportunities will be available for older participants for an additional thirty minutes after each session. Families applying for the Winter Virtual Camp must attend all four sessions.
