Kon, President and CEO of Sterling Frazer Associates (SFA), was named an AODA Champion as part of the 10th anniversary celebrating Canada’s first legislation that protects and promotes the rights of people with disabilities.

SFA is made up of consultants that provide assistance for companies to meet their legal and social obligations when dealing with minority populations, such as people with disabilities and seniors.

The AODA Champion Award is granted as a one-time only recognition of individuals who demonstrate leadership in accessibility and disability issues.
