Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) legal counsel, Jean Teillet and Jason Madden, were recognized in the 2017 Edition of Chambers and Partners’ Canada Guide—an annual peer-review publication of outstanding lawyers. Teillet and Madden were recognized as “Ranked Lawyers” in the area of Aboriginal Law and were described as follows:
