The Provisional Council of the Métis Nation of Ontario (PCMNO) will be meeting from February 29 to March 1, 2020 in Toronto, ON at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel (123 Queen Street West).
The MNO’s Information and CommunicationTechnologies (ICT) department has been testing webcasting technologies to allow greater access to MNO events, such as PCMNO meetings. Recent testing has been completed utilizing the MNO’s Ontario Telemedicine Network. This process does require staff support to ensure all offices can access and given the late stage completing the testing this will not be available for this meeting but is expected to be scheduled for the March PCMNO meeting.
Immediately following the PCMNO meeting there will be a written update circulated to all leadership and posted on the MNO website – the update from the January PCMNO meeting can be found here
Further, in accordance with a decision made at the PCMNO meeting in January there will a town hall scheduled with all leadership on March 4, 2020 from 7 pm to 8 pm EST to provide updates and address questions. More details to be circulated shortly.
