All Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) citizens are welcome to observe business meetings of the Provisional Council of the Métis Nation of Ontario (PCMNO). The next two PCMNO meetings are taking place Tuesday, July 19, 2022, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Eastern Time and Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, both online via Zoom. Draft agendas will be available on the MNO’s website before the meetings.
Advance registration: MNO citizens that wish to observe are asked to please register for one or for both meetings before 12:00 NOON the day before the meeting. As the citizenship of every participant is confirmed before sending a personalized links, late registrations may not be able to be accommodated. Please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. (PCMNO members are not required to register for the meetings – they will be automatically registered as panellists.)

After your registration has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email containing a personalized link to join the webinar. A reminder email will also be sent to you one hour before the meeting starts.
Special Considerations: When you receive your personalized link, please do not share it with others. It is created unique to your registration, and only one login per person is possible. Logins from multiple devices could result in you being removed from the meeting.
In-Camera: There may be times during the meeting when business is conducted “in camera” to discuss confidential items e.g. sensitive legal or employment matters. If it is determined that the meeting will go “in camera,” citizen observers will be required to leave the meeting while the PCMNO is in-camera. MNO support staff will email all citizen observers to inform them when they can re-join the session.
The PCMNO encourages all MNO citizens to attend and observe its meetings! As this is not a town hall, please know that the Q&A and chat features will not be available for citizen observers, and advance questions will not be entertained. Thank you for your understanding related to the points above.
