Join us to discuss the Métis way-of-life and well-being strategies that build and support relationships with the land, culture and community. This webinar will:

- Explore different elements of nature and how we can connect holistically
- Include sharing circle/self-care practices
- Teach about harvesting food and medicines

Guest Speaker: Lynne Castonguay is a Métis Citizen originally from Iroquois Falls Ontario, who lives in Timmins on a homestead farm. She is registered Clinical Social Worker who received her undergraduate training from the University of Ottawa and her graduate training from Wilfred Laurier in the Master of Social Work, Indigenous Field of Study Program. Lynne is a certified Addiction Counsellor with the Canadian Federation of Addiction Counsellors and a Certified EMDR Practitioner. Lynne’s work has centered on working with adults, and families dealing trauma leading to addiction and mental health issues. She helps develop programs that offer needed supports to bring people into well-being. Lynne loves to fish on her kayak, take care of animals and sit by a campfire.
