The Métis Nation Council (MNC), in partnership with Edified Projects Inc., are running an important survey about how our communities care for children.
For generations, Métis families have relied on kinship and community relationships to raise and support children. Today, many Métis families continue to practice these forms of caregiving in different ways.
The MNC aims to gather community insights to better understand Métis kinship and caregiving practices and to inform future work toward systems that are Métis-led, culturally grounded, and community-driven.
