The Juby Homestead

The Juby Homestead is a Métis-owned hobby farm focused on sustainable agriculture, community engagement, and rural experiences. Current and planned products and services include fresh produce, seasonal flowers, herbs, eggs (when available), homemade preserves and value-added farm products. The business also plans to offer agritourism experiences such as sunflower fields, U-pick flowers, photography rentals, educational workshops, and community events celebrating agriculture and Métis culture. Future expansion may include rental of a small garden cottage for photographers and visitors, seasonal markets, and partnerships with local organizations. The Juby Homestead is committed to supporting local food systems, environmental stewardship, and creating opportunities for collaboration with Indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations throughout Ontario.
