The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) is holding the annual provincial Louis Riel Day ceremony at Queen’s Park in Toronto on November 16, 2017. All MNO citizens and the public are invited to attend. The agenda for the ceremony follows below. The ceremony will also be web broadcast via Facebook Live starting at 12:00 pm (noon). Click here to go to the MNO Facebook Page. The MNO is also partnering with the Law Society of Upper Canada to host “Métis Rights in Ontario: Historic Métis Communities and Métis Root Ancestors” on Louis Riel Day. This lecture will feature a number of prominent legal and historical experts on Métis rights.
