Help inform our MNO Climate Change Strategy

Are you interested in helping shape future policy on climate change? The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) Rights, Research and Policy (RRP) will on site throughout the 2023 Annual General Assembly (AGA) collecting MNO citizen perspectives on climate change and ideas for future policy. Input from MNO citizen will inform the MNO-wide Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy.

The MNO RRP team Informal conversations will be held at the RRP booth in the Trade Show and will discuss topics such as:

      • How does climate change impact your lives?
      • What are your climate change concerns?
      • How can the MNO can help your homes/communities prepare for climate risks?

Conversations will be audio-recorded and last approximately 5-10 minutes. Participants also receive a gift!

Stop by the RRP team table between Friday, August 18 and Sunday, August 20!
Climate Change Conversations will take place during:
Health Breaks
Lunch Breaks, and
for an hour following close of AGA official business
