Calling All Vendors: Join Us at the 2027 MNO ELCC Conference

Vendor applications are now open for the 2027 MNO Early Learning and Child Care Conference, taking place February 26–28, 2027, at White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

This year’s conference, Rooted in Story: Exploring the Power of Storytelling Through Music, Movement, and Connection, will bring educators from across Ontario together to explore the role stories play in how we learn, connect, and understand the world around us.

The MNO is looking for vendors to be part of the weekend and share products, resources, artwork, or materials connected to early learning, children, families, culture, education, wellness, or community.

Vendor applications are open to MNO citizen and non-MNO citizen vendors from September 1 to September 22, 2026.

There is no exhibitor fee, and approved vendors will receive a table and chairs. Vendors are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

Applicants must be in good standing with MNO branches or teams, including having no outstanding incomplete orders, and should have a record of reliable communication for previously scheduled MNO events.
