Domestic Violence Education Series: Free Zoom Workshops

October 8, 15, 22, and 29 | 6:30–8:00 p.m.

Join the MNO Victim Services team for a free four-part workshop series on domestic violence, healthy relationships, safety planning, and support.

The series will explore topics such as:

  • Healthy relationships and red flags
  • Abusive behaviours and tactics
  • The cycle of abuse
  • Boundaries and consent
  • The impacts of abuse on health and wellbeing
  • Safety planning and options for leaving unsafe situations

Participants will have opportunities to ask questions and learn more about recognizing abuse, understanding its impacts, and accessing support.

The workshops are free to attend, but registration is required.
