HONOURING RIEL:
Online Community Pancake Breakfast & Gathering

November 16, 2021 9- 10AM (ET)

Every year on November 16th, Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) citizens commemorate the life of Louis David Riel — who gave his life defending the Métis people, our way of life, our rights and our identity.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenge for all of us. Especially, being unable to gather in the important ways which we are accustomed to.

It is time for us to be together again.

On November 16, 2021 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. (ET) the (MNO) is hosting a Virtual Louis Riel Day Pancake Breakfast. This is a wonderful opportunity to log in and reflect on Louis Riel Day, share your favourite MNO memories, chat with your Métis family and friends, and enjoy the opportunity to share a meal together once again.

The first 250 households to register will be eligible to receive, via mail, the basic ingredients for a pancake breakfast as well as some commemorative souvenirs to mark the occasion.

Please register quickly as supplies are limited. To sign up for this virtual gathering and receive your Louis Riel Day Pancake Breakfast Kit please click the link below:
