Attention Métis youth! The Parliamentary Internship Program (PIP) is seeking engaged interns for a unique opportunity to work on the Hill!
The non-partisan Program is designed to create “unique training opportunities for young professionals and recent university graduates, [to] increase knowledge of Parliament, and provide MPs with skilled assistants.”
Ten applicants will be selected via a national competition for a ten-month, paid internship (September – June) where they will work full-time for both an opposition and government Member of Parliament. Parliamentary interns will also meet with senior policymakers, diplomats, journalists, scholars, politicians, and leaders in civil society.
