MNO ELCC One Application for Programs and Services Opens for the 2025-26 Fiscal Year
The MNO Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) team will be accepting 2025/2026 applications for four programs through a single application process. Families can apply for one or more of the following: Extracurricular, Christmas Gift, Back to School Backpacks, and Family Early Learning Kits.
Once the One Application period closes, the ELCC team will confirm eligibility and allocate funding based on program demand. Extracurricular funding will depend on the child’s age and the number of applications received.
The process has two steps:
- One Application to determine eligibility.
- A secondary process to confirm details for each program.
Further details will be shared after eligibility is determined.
One Application (pre-application):
Families interested in receiving support for:
- extracurricular activities,
- the Christmas Gift Program,
- the Back-to-School Backpack Program, or
