MNO hosting its fourth annual online Louis Riel Day Pancake Dinner
For Métis people across Canada, Louis Riel Day holds deep significance. It’s a time to honour a heroic leader who showed remarkable courage and made profound sacrifices, remember the resilience of our ancestors, and reflect on the strides we’ve made in advancing our Métis rights.
At the Métis Nation of Ontario, it also marks the return of our annual Louis Riel Day Pancake Dinner!
Join us on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM EST for our fourth annual virtual Louis Riel Day Pancake Dinner on Zoom. This is a wonderful opportunity to log in, share your favourite MNO memories, chat with Métis family and friends, and enjoy a meal together—no matter where you are!
The first 500 households to register will receive the basic ingredients for your pancake dinner, along with some commemorative keepsakes to mark the occasion.
