The registration deadline to observe the PCMNO meeting is noon, one business day before the meeting. After the MNO Registry verifies your registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a personalized link to join the webinar. When you receive your personalized link, please do not share it with others. It is unique to your registration, and only one login per person is possible. Logins from multiple devices could result in you being removed from the meeting. A reminder email will also be sent to you one hour before the meeting starts. If you do not receive your link before the start of the meeting, please check your email’s junk mail folder.
The Zoom gallery will open for citizens as observers at 9:00 AM (EST) on July 10, 2024.
In-Camera: There will be times during the meeting when business is conducted “in camera,” which means it is conducted privately, without the presence of the public. This is usually done to discuss confidential items, e.g., sensitive legal or employment matters. If it is determined that the meeting will go “in camera,” citizen observers will be required to leave the meeting while the PCMNO is in camera. MNO support staff will email all citizen observers to inform them when they can rejoin the session.
The PCMNO encourages all MNO citizens to attend and observe its meetings. As this is not a town hall, please know that the Q&A and chat features will not be available. This is to ensure the meeting proceeds smoothly and according to the agenda. Advance questions will not be entertained. We appreciate your understanding of the points above.
For Zoom support during the meeting, please email CommunityRelations@metisnation.org. A member of the Community Relations Team will respond promptly.
Please note: These sessions are not open to the public.
