All Métis women* citizens are invited to participate in the MNOWC’s Food Security Sprout Workshop. Through this educational workshop, the MNOWC brings together MNO women* citizens to celebrate their strengths and uniqueness. The workshop offers information about growing food at home with a sprout-growing kit delivered to the registered participants’ location and cultural teachings in the context of food security. Time permitting, we will also incorporate teachings on reusing vegetable scraps in recipes and for re-growth.

Limit of ONE registration per person. Each participant will receive a sprout kit, so a mailing address and phone number must be provided during registration. There are 25 spots in each workshop, register in advance using the links above. The registration deadline is Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM (EST).
After your registration is verified by MNO Registry, you will receive a confirmation email containing a personalized link to join the meeting. When you receive your personalized link, please do not share it with others. It is unique to your registration, and only one login per person is possible. Logins from multiple devices could result in you being removed from the meeting. A reminder email will also be sent to you one hour before the meeting starts.
