The Community Wellness Program promotes healthy living, safe communities, and the prevention of family violence. Coordinators offer one-on-one services and community workshops. You can access our program in person or remotely.

We take a wholistic approach to health, staff involve you in the process. We want to empower you with education to help you meet your goals. We include Métis cultural approaches in our programs.

Client services include:

  • Looking at needs and goals
  • Providing support and coaching
  • Completing referrals
  • Advocating for you
  • Providing community connections
  • Helping with forms

Community workshops may include:

  • Learning sessions
  • Sharing circles
  • Fitness activities
  • Recreational activities
  • Community gatherings
