One Application for MNO ELCC Programs and Services: 
2026-27

Starting March 20, 2026, the Métis Nation of Ontario Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Program and Services team will begin accepting applications for four key programs through a single application for the 2026-2027 program year.

Through the One Application, families can apply for the following programs:

  • Extra Curricular
  • Christmas Gift Program
  • Back-to-School Program
  • Family Early Learner Kit

The application portal will accept submissions until April 24, 2026, at 4:30 pm EST. Once the portal closes, the ELCC team will verify eligibility and allocate funding based on the number of children enrolled in the program(s). Families will be notified of the outcome of their applications by May 22, 2026.

The application portal has been updated, and families will need to create a new account for the 2026-27 One Application process. All other ELCC applications will remain available through the current portal.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the One Application for ELCC Programs and Services 2026-27:

  • The parent, guardian, or child must be an MNO citizen eligible for direct benefits
  • The child must be 0-12 years old
  • The family must permanently reside in Ontario

Some programs may require additional steps after acceptance. This information will be provided once you are accepted into the program.

Application portal opens:  March 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT

Application portal closes: April 24, 2026, 4:30 PM EDT.
